The Clarifye digital exam now includes retinal Imaging using the latest technology. We do exams 4 years old and up. You will not require dilation in most cases and the doctor will be able to assess the complete health of your eyes. It is standard of care for our patients and limits exposure during COVID. In most cases when using insurance it adds 39.00 to the exam copay.

This evaluation is in addition to a comprehensive exam. The needs of the patient determines which evaluation is needed. Anyone who has never wore them must schedule a class to learn how to put them in and take them out. It is $35 additional. The contact lens evaluation is needed annually.

This is now included with every comprehensive digital eye exam. The instrument uses mirrors and flash photography to obtain the images. We keep a record of these pictures for future exams to better evaluate the health of the eyes and see changes year to year.  OCT technology  uses infrared lights to generate a high-resolution, cross-sectional and three-dimensional (3D) image. We can see the retina, optic disc and anterior segment.  This is valuable information that aids the Optometrist  in the diagnosis and management of a range of ocular diseases 

As the fastest growing ocular issue facing children today we want you to rest easy knowing that there are ways to manage the progression of myopia. We have MiSight 1 day contacts (the first and only FDA approved myopia mgmt soft lens), Ortho K and Atropine drops as options available to parents. A comprehensive exam is first required to evaluate the child, then the doctor will set up a consultation to discuss the options with you. LEARN MORE 

This is mandatory for anyone who has never worn contacts. In this class we will teach the basics of contact lens wear. We will teach the patient  how to insert and remove the contact lenses. For their safety the patient must be able to put them in and take one out before they can leave with the lenses. It helps to be very motivated and positive about learnng how. 

The Optometrist are able to evaluate, manage, and treat many different medical issue. Diabetic exams, pink eye, conjunctivitis, scratched eye, feeling of something in your eye, dry eyes and more! If beyond their scope they help you get an appointment to an ophthalmologist.
