The Clarifye digital eye exam now includes Retinal Imaging. You will not require dilation in most cases and the doctor will be able to assess the complete health of your eyes. It is standard of care for all patients at our practice. Without insurance the fee is 124.00  In most cases when using insurance it adds 39.00 to the exam copay (19.00 for 17 & under).

• Please try to be 10 min early for your appointment
• If more than 10 min late we may need to reschedule
• Bring all insurance cards, including vision, medical and secondary
• Please bring current eyewear
• If having trouble with current eyewear and are wearing an old rx because it works better for you, bring that pair also
• If it is a new patient contact lens exam bring your current contact RX or the package that has rx on it
• There is a lot of new contact lens technology. If you were unsuccessful in the past but interested please let us know
